- Standard shipping within the continental United States is $9.95. Shipment to Hawaii and Alaska is $12.95. 

- We do offer free shipping on orders over $150 within the Continental United States. (excluding APO address) 

- Shipment to Alaska and Hawaii is $12.95.

- Shipping to Canada is $17.00. 

- ALL orders will be processed and mailed out within 24 hours of the order being placed with USPS.

          - Delays with shipping.

          - International duties or custom charges.

          - Products that are lost or damaged in the mail. The US postal service or UPS will be responsible once we ship.

- The following items are FINAL sale and cannot be returned; holiday items, swimsuits, accessories (including; hats, jewelry, sunglasses, scarves, and headbands), Clearance

- All returned items must still have the original tags attached. Returned merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. Items that appear worn, have stains, or smell of smoke, deodorant, or odors, etc. will not be accepted. 

- Merchandise may be returned for a store credit for 14 days of delivery. Credit will be applied for the amount paid for the product. Credit will only be applied for the item, not for any shipping and handling charges.

- When making a return, please include the original invoice with a written note as to why it is being returned.

- The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. We highly recommend using a shipment method that provides a tracking number for your reference. 

- If approved for a return, a credit will be applied to your next purchase. Please allow up to 7 days. 

Defective Items

Upon delivery all of our items are inspected for damages before being steamed, and sent out. Any claim for damages or defects must be made within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. This claim must be made via email including the following information,

-Order # and item that is damaged

- Description of damage

- Photo of damage
